1. About BuyMeBricks
BuyMeBricks is a personal ordering service that sources GoBricks (LEGO-compatible) parts on your behalf directly from the GoBricks platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the LEGO Group. "LEGO" is a trademark of the LEGO Group.
2. How the Service Works
BuyMeBricks acts as an intermediary: you upload your part list (from Rebrickable, BrickLink, or a custom CSV/XML), we verify availability and pricing, and you pay us the total (parts + shipping). We then place and fund the order on GoBricks on your behalf and ship the parts to your address.
Because we pre-purchase parts, orders are final once payment is confirmed.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Part prices reflect GoBricks catalogue pricing at the time of order and are displayed in USD.
- Shipping is calculated based on your delivery country and the total weight/value of the order using our data-driven model.
- Payment is processed securely via PayPal. BuyMeBricks does not store your card details.
- All prices are final at checkout. Currency fluctuations after payment are not refunded.
4. Availability
Part availability is checked at upload time against our live stock data. In rare cases a part may go out of stock between upload and order fulfilment. If this occurs we will contact you and offer a refund for the unavailable items or a substitute where possible.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Parts are shipped from China via standard tracked international shipping.
- Typical delivery times range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on destination country and customs processing.
- BuyMeBricks is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or force majeure events.
- The buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country.
6. Returns and Refunds
Because parts are custom-ordered to your specification, we do not accept returns unless:
- The wrong part or colour was shipped.
- Parts arrive visibly defective or damaged.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence to our support email. Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal account within 5–10 business days.
7. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. BuyMeBricks will never ask for your password. You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to create an account and place orders.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logos, text, design) is the property of BuyMeBricks. GoBricks product images are used for identification purposes only. LEGO set images and Rebrickable content belong to their respective owners.
9. Limitation of Liability
BuyMeBricks' liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from use of this service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
