About this build
This model features a japanese tea house also known as a Chashitsu. It uses snot techniques in order to achieve the iconic tatami floor, the walls faithfully showcase the traditional shoji walls found all over Japan in houses and temples. In the center of the room you find a wooden table and four cushions.
In the practice of Zen they have the tea ceremony as a reminder of the simplicty and directness of life. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, they can even use old and weathered cups, they can do it in a small shack too.
It is said that the old cups and damaged shack are perfect as they are, existence is one and there is no need to prepare anything special for such a ceremony which is meant to bring us into the womb of life itself.
