Orders & Process

How do I place an order?

It's simple! Upload your part list (CSV, XML, LDR, BSX…) on our Upload page. We'll map every part to its GoBricks equivalent and show you the price breakdown. Once you're happy, confirm your address and pay. Done!

How long will it take to get a quote?

With the new BuyMeBricks, your quote is instant: prices are shown directly on screen as soon as your file is processed. No waiting for an email anymore.

What happens if some parts are unavailable or out of stock?

Unavailable parts are clearly flagged in your part list before checkout. You can choose to proceed without them or wait. Out-of-stock parts are usually back once GoBricks resumes production. Feel free to contact us and we'll let you know the ETA.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order is placed, you can follow its progress from your My Account page. We also send email notifications at each key stage: confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.

Is there a minimum order amount or quantity?

No minimum at all. You can order a single brick or ten thousand. We treat every order the same. Keep in mind that shipping cost is fixed per destination, so very small orders will have a proportionally higher shipping-to-parts ratio.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my parts?

After payment, GoBricks typically takes 1 week (sometimes up to 2 weeks) to pick, sort and pack your parts. Shipping to Europe and the USA then takes an additional 1–2 weeks. For other regions, allow up to 3 weeks in transit.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to 41 countries worldwide, including Germany, France, the UK, the Netherlands, the USA, Canada, Australia, South Korea, and many more. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us and we'll do our best to make it work.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping is estimated based on your destination country and the total value of your parts (which correlates with weight and volume). The estimate shown at checkout is derived from our historical order data across 1 400+ real shipments.

What is your missing or broken parts policy?

If anything is missing or arrives damaged, just contact us and we will resend the affected parts at no extra cost. We stand behind every order.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards via our secure checkout. All orders are processed in US dollars (USD).

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are handled entirely by PayPal's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never store your card details on our servers.

Parts & Compatibility

Are GoBricks compatible with LEGO®?

Absolutely. GoBricks parts are manufactured to the same precise dimensional specifications as sets compatible with LEGO®, ensuring 100% clutch compatibility with your existing collection. Many professional MOC builders use them alongside official parts without issue.

Which file formats do you support?

We support all common part-list formats:

BrickLink XML
Rebrickable CSV
Studio (.ldr, .csv)
BSX files
Custom Excel (.xlsx / .xls)

Not sure which format to use? Export from Rebrickable. It works out of the box.

Can I order parts for a MOC found on Rebrickable?

Yes! Just download the parts list from any Rebrickable MOC page as a CSV and upload it directly. Every part will be automatically matched to its GoBricks equivalent.

Can I customise colors in my order?

Yes. After uploading your file, you can review the color mapping and swap any color for an alternative before confirming. This is useful if you want a cheaper substitute or if a specific shade is out of stock.

Special Services

Can you provide custom printed parts?

Yes! We can arrange custom printed parts with a minimum order quantity of 500 sets. Contact us with your design and we'll give you a quote.
